Eiko & Koma and their team have been in residence at Chicago MCA
to install Time is Not Even, Space is Not Empty
, Eiko & Koma's most comprehensive multi-gallery exhibition to date, curated by the MCA's Director of Performing Arts Programs Peter Taub in collaboration with the artists.
Eric Bissell has been working closely with Eiko & Koma since January as the exhibition designer and coordinator. Two other assistants, Chaz Ganster and Yuta Otake, also came to Chicago to help them install the show.
The exhibition opened on June 24 and will be on view through November 13.

During the exhibition Eiko & Koma will visit MCA for four performing residencies. The first is Naked from June 24-26, 1-5 pm, and June 28, 1-8 pm, FREE with museum admission. It is a durational performance that takes place in the galleries; the audience may come and go.
